Then when it comes time for you to buy the next house you can buy the next one and then hire movers to come in and pack up your current house and move everything to the new one.

Finally some cars (civics Tacoma's etc) can be better investment to buy new because they hold resale extremely well.

I am a local realtor who is very active in Tacoma market.

I drive a 2001 Toyota Tacoma that I have hit many deer with. 

I have an investor in the middle of a deal for a 4-plex in Kent that will close at the end of March, another investor in the middle of a deal for a tri-plex in Tacoma that will close at the end of March and one more investor that just nabbed a 4-plex in Tacoma for 75k under market price.
