If I were to spend another year analyzing on the sidelines, I don't think I would have corrected mistakes I've made (underestimating repairs mostly).

They are my friend as they screw up the shortsale while I wait on the sidelines like a circling barracuda for the foreclosure which ends up being half the price they tried to shortsale it at.I think it's a case of people hearing "shortsales are a good investment" and running to them like lemmings.
