You can't convince your friends to follow your mission.

The top areas where these software developers have purchased, Mission Bay, South Beach, SOMA, Yerba Buena are all areas with significant new condo developments in the past 5 years.

I will say that what drove me to work at this company is the fact that I truly believe in Connected Investors, the company’s mission, and love how our ecosystem of buyers, sellers, and lenders are all in one place - I understand people on BP are skeptical of Connected Investors so I wanted to respond to this thread and state that we care about each and every one of our members and their success, and are actively working to improve the customer experience and software.

I think parts of North County and especially Mission Bay are more lenient when it comes to STRs though.

Dignity and respect for tenants go a long way, for sure, but make sure you respect your mission as an investor first.
