While I have not personally dealt with in-city Section 8 - the overwhelming review was that their lease heavily favored the tenants and there were concerns that the city was going to continue (renew) the moratorium on evictions even after the county's expired paired with a new more progressive leadership group arriving in January.

You can't "profit share" unless you share a combined houshold incomebut you can rever business back and forth and give gifts (if the business is going more your way at the moment, buy him/her a pair of plane tickets and a hotel room someplace nice).

At 1:45 PM we signed a contract for $67K.Total cost,; about $100 at Sutherlands, $45 for the motel, $100 taking wife and the agent to dinner Friday, $70 dinner with agent on Thursday (more drinks that night than Friday), $10 for ruined decent pair of shorts painting in regular clothes.Darn I miss that agent.all cash

, be ready with all the invoices, and ideally show me a crap ton of before and after  pics (that might be built into the photos in the purchase appraisal and then refinance appraisal, but take a dozen before/after pics from the exact same angles anyways), paired with invoices/receipts that dollar-for-dollar match your tax returns.

The value of gold doesn't really change much, just the amount of dollars it takes to own some which is more a reflection of the value of the currency than the value of the gold.
