I already have requested quotes and will be having this taken care of and remedied within two weeks.

The property management looks to have behaved within the boundaries of ethical behavior. 

I guess the issue would be having the ability to field leads that come in and also determining whether they are in your target market or not.

Nothing is going to be having a real estate agent you trust in that particular market to conduct what most call a "competitive market analysis" to drum up an ARV for you.In the past I have used Redfin, Zillow, *******************.com and others.

She might be having a hard time seeing the forest (e.g. financial freedom) for the trees (so.many.expenses.).

Not to mention, There could be some homeowners that might not appreciate you showing up at their house and all their neighbors seeing your vehicle and knowing they might be having some sort of hardship.

If you will be having a property manager take care the properties anyways maybe it's worth looking further out if you can find a higher quality area.
