You've got the right attitude about it and have learned a hard lesson.

Yeah, I did not like her domineering attitude. 

Presently all my tenants are top notch aside from one minor attitude issue.

Every city has different rules and different attitudes. 

I work hard for my money to just be sold on a pipe dream, I bought into the challenge looking for real help but just got hit with the happy to take your money and thats it attitude.

I don't want to rent to anyone who I feel will give me attitude.

When things unraveled his attitude was it's my inheritance anyway.      

In cities with large section 8 populations, these attitudes can severely limit these tenants from fair housing.On the other hand, I have not heard anyone talk about the 1 to 2 month delay that can occur from rent collections due to section 8 procedures.
