Therefore, people who have lived in their homes for 20 plus years all over Denver are reading these same stories and listing their property to extract the maximum value possible and therefore cutting margins to razor thin proportions for flippers.

Take them out to lunch and show them nice glossy pictures with testimonials from someone who is in their slot in life and see how they respond.

Mark Cuban is about as diversified as anybody can get: basketball team owner to, shark tank, to restaurants to tech companies.Based on your self-stated financial numbers, you are past the starting line and I think you have some breathing room to create more income streams.

Now if I had another tenant ready to go and slot straight in, then sure, I would consider refunding him some rent.
