It's got to have a good look, you need a nice porch with some privacy and views and a hot tub is almost a must.

People like privacy, fenced in yards, garages, and basements to store their junk.

(I'm not either, for level setting)... and to that end, you are about to engage in a legal fight - presuming you want to be compensated - be it for violating your right to privacy, the damage the police did, etc. 

I was set on less privacy/less space and she was set on more privacy/more space.

My husband who is a realtor in TX is trying to sell our rental property.We are in option period.Our renter called us today to inform us that buyer texted him to make inquiries about his profession, background check, and credit score.This was shocking for me to hear because we have been super transparent with buyer and buyer's agent about property, renter's lease etc.Is this action not a a direct violation of privacy rules and regulations?

For romantic locations with a little more privacy, Port Orford, Gold Beach, Cannon Beach can be great areas to visit. 

I think it can offer someone more privacy and "their own space" versus renting a lot in a park.

This is a great way to start house hacking as you can still have some privacy while bringing in income from a separate unit.
