This works OK for relatively static and simple investments like a private placement or crowdfund, but can become rather cumbersome and expensive with a more time sensitive and transaction intensive asset such as a rental property.

We are 5 minutes from one hospital, 15 minutes from two others, and 15 minutes from the University of North Texas, so I am leaning toward cutting my teeth on MTR.

They are all interrelated, but sellers are most sensitive to down payment and monthly payment, in my experience.
