I have been searching for multi's and the pickings are a bit slim but have been able to locate a few good options that we are looking to pursue as an owner occupant.

I don't understand the logic in making a low offer if you're reasonably sure there will be multiples...especially if there's a very slim chance that your initial offer would be accepted and you would go to your max anyway. 

Just sold a few sub 110k condos in Aurora, and while the pickings were slim, we found a few creative ways to get the right units under contract.

Checked out the library already, their amount of books on the subject is slim.

If you are looking for turnkey, its definitely slim unless you are willing to overpay. 

It is even slim pickings at the auctions.

@James AllenI'm in a similar situation where I've armed myself with lots of knowledge and found the pickings in the greater San Diego and surrounding areas to be slim to none from a numbers perspective.

I am vaguely familiar with Charleston(mostly North Charleston area), but I know duplexes in decent neighborhoods may be slim pickings at that 100k price point.

This is why many title companies won't insure for 3 years following sale.Account Closed As Nghi Le says it is usually pretty slim by auction day if you're looking for SFR type stuff.

Chances of those of you search Google to learn 100% of REI business is very slim to none.
