This happened almost a year ago and I have not been able to reactivate my personal accounts.

The son lived with him, was a co-tenant on the lease, and was the main person making the rent payments.

It's also good for insurance and legal reasons, because you will need to indicate every adult and all persons, as well as details (like children, pets, etc.), on the lease.  

I used to live there myself and know them somewhat personally (one pretty well) so I’ve been soft on price increases (when someone rarely moves out that room goes to market rate though).

@Gregory SchwartzBlame politicians for making it too easy to see these property managers.It is called risk mitigation and as a company they do not want to disclose personal information (even though they require it to rent to you).I honestly don’t see an issue with it

Invasion of privacy, unclean and rude house members, maybe if they do drugs or smoke or are party animals, unwanted friends of theirs visiting at odd hours, clashes of personality

However, it’s not the only way to get the qualification, it allows for Self and Homeowner declarations and documentation to add up experience, its just not as easy as an existing GC stating “he’s good to go”.Pursuant to Business and Professions Code (BPC) Section 7068, applicants’ experience must be verified by a “qualified and responsible person.”

I was just approved for $235k on my primary home and I have no personal debt.  

The worst are three person partnerships.The most stable are 10 or more.
