But if you want to create a business climate that thrives more on visits to the stores, then I'd advise against a church as a tenant. 

It depends on where your property is located.The weather will make some climates have optimal materials over others.

We have a huge influx of retirees, people relocating from the northern climates, and a huge influx of Canadians.
