Blended rate on $285k mortgage of say 8% is $210 per unit.

Am I an amateur for going to the bank for a blended rate of 9% on a combo-mortgage package with 100% financing?

And it answers my issue perfectly of wanting to convey a professional image in a personal way, maybe mainly because our business is, IMO, a good blend of both.

Technology advancements such as email, phone calls, skype has enabled communication with a remote CPA to be seamless.
