I recently found a great duplex (a house plus an ADU) for a client by taking my time with the stale listings.

I've just completed renovation on a triplex near a private university, everything is done except the landscaping and parking, and those areas are in progress.

Is it possible I've just been looking in the wrong places?

I've just graduated from college, and don't start my new engineering job for another week.
