I seem to remember someone mentioning in another post that if you aren't embarrassed by your offer, it is too high.Trying to embrace that approach, with the numbers to back it up.

WOWOWOW :D So many women can raise their family in an atmosphere they always wanted for them and their children.I salute all women out there who are determined to have the best for them and what America has to offer.

Nothing bad just your normal struggling families and single men/women looking for affordable housing.The 50% occupancy is due to poor management.

So, to close, I'll just say that I've had the same experience with contractors (and it's not even just because we're women).

I'm thinking of starting a women's group on the north side if you're in that area.

An experienced flipper on a podcast I heard suggested approaching mailmen (and women) and basically recruiting them to work for you by offering a commission for any leads they might provide that lead to a home purchase. 

It's just a respectable little home that I think most men would find fine but most women probably wouldn't bother with (gut reaction).  

Often the veterans that participate in this program are single homeless men (and women) so their vouchers will be for one bedroom units.Gail
