Getting "checkbook control" will streamline your retirement account investing. 

Our condo is tiny for our family and we would really like to get out of it to save money, rent and streamline so that we can have another child and have the space in the budget and the space in an apartment/house to accommodate it.

But, when managing my own rehabs (meaning subbing things out myself instead of using a GC), I don't think it's worth the overhead.I'm an Excel geek...and I've pretty much streamlined my rehab stuff with some custom Excel sheets.

Hello BP:I am in the process of trying to streamline my book keeping process from my real estate investments.

We have streamlined the Joint Venture process with our investors who use a self directed IRA by using a Series LLC for each investor, and one was funded same day by Quest! 

But I'm all ears for other people's strategies / advice..I already have a decent sized portfolio I am looking to streamline and am acquiring more this year.

Their partners preferred to invest funds in Crypto, anticipating a greater ROI and perhaps right in the short term.
