Little frustrating when I read about everybody making deals and Im on the sidelines.

Feeling like if I don't increase my risk I'm going to be sidelined for the next few years.  

This post is meant to be a thank you to everyone who has contributed and less of a "success story" but I did feel it was important to share that this site was definitely a factor in me getting "off the sidelines" and "into the game!" 

I've ran the numbers and they definitely don't cash flow as well as multifamily properties do but it's a start rather than sitting on the sidelines waiting for the right deal to come up.Let me know your thoughts, I look forward to hearing from you!

So someone that would just let me sit on the sidelines and watch how they do it would be awesome so I could just jot down some notes.
