I had really come to respect Robert, reading numerous of his books, listening to many of his pod casts, and I really had a good feeling about him.

The constant self promotion stuff isn't making that any better.As one who has been on most folks pod casts that you would know about..

 Schematically AirBnB seems to be exerting downward pressure on hotel rates - as are micro-hotels - the pod style tiny hotel rooms many of which are on a common  bath.

@Ziv Magen  same here Ziv,,, I do miss the spirited debates you and Freckle used to have..those type of interactions are not common on BP and probably would get thrown out by the Mods... the PI forum just died a slow death.. not sure what happened at least as it related to foreign investments..
