That ceiling is silver painted plastic tiles in a drop ceiling grid instead of fibreboard, I couldn't get rid of the drop ceiling easily.

If I were to have heart surgery, I would interview several heart surgeons.If I wanted to have some one sell my house, i would interview several top agents.If I wanted to know the cost of a re hab,  ask someone that has done over 2700 flips andthat is the bets advice I can give anyone on here!

Often this isn't a paper throwaway filter like a central A/C has, but a section of wire or plastic mesh in the front grille that you can pull out and wash.

Its actually a thicker plastic than a new pit .All the customer saw was a little less than 2 hours work , they dont   " see " the other parts that go in to the job .

I slid a small plastic flower pot over them, but I ended up taking it off because I didn't know if plastic over them can worsen a fire risk, even though the wires are coated in plastic themselves?
