@Deangelo MackIt depends on what you are planing to use the LLC for.

Also, the wood back then was rarely planed so a 2x4 is actually 2" x 4" vs the 1.5 x 3.5" they are now.

I am actually still in the process of getting my private pilots license so I have not bought the Cirrus, though when I do go to buy one it will likely be the one you see in the photo. its got A/C and a lot of cool safety features that you don't see in other planes in this class. 

They come over on a chartered plane, stay at a hotel and are driven around in vans and chartered busses to areas just to buy real estate to then often rent out, but sometimes use as a second home. 

Those markets are all far away enough that I have no familiarity with them; gotta rely on a local PM for the day to day hassles of being a landlord; can't frequently attend open houses; won't visit unless something goes seriously wrong, have to take a plane to get there, etc.

Think about what happens when the tenant has an emergency repair but you don't have phone service because you are on a plane or in a remote location.

I live outside the city and have no planes on investing in the city.

Update 2/7/22, about to close on a new primary residence and will be turning this into a full time rental, the 2/1 will be a long term rental and the plane for the 1/1 ADU is to turn it into a short term to medium term rental
