Newer buildings constructed these days usually factor in the ground movement of those soils etc.The Dollar General being in a better area doesn't bode as well for it long term.

Example could you take data from census like housing starts and building permits, existing home sales, sales tax movements, housing market index, ect. and map it out like stock charts do, then use something similar to technical analysis as a predictor?

If those 100 data points cover 100 years, your model will be more accurate predicting the next single year than trying to predict the next 2-5 years.So I don't recommend trying to use an predictive model to try to forecast the next cycle (years), but I would rather use a predictive model to forecast the next short-term movement of the current cycle.

The only downside is its $9.99 a week, but you have to weigh your options would you rather let it sit vacant and try all the free options like Craigslist, a sign in the yard and get no movement then settle for the first tenant that looks your way.
