Many local investors use Joe Craft.He is in IN now but was based in NH for several years and still has local people here if you need some face time.  

My property is actually in southern NH, Windham to be specific.  

I am working on my first multi-family BRRR in NH and it is turning into a beast as well. 

Now we live in New Hampshire by Dartmouth College and our focusing investing here and in Portland Maine area where we are both from.

Might I suggest another growing market, Southern New Hampshire?

I have a bank foreclosure New Hampshire SFR under agreement with a closing date of 9/21 and a financing contingency date of 9/4.  

Here in New Hampshire, I notice a lot of folks listing on Craig's List.

I'm looking to start purchasing multifamily properties in Massachusetts and possibly southern New Hampshire, and rent them out for cash flow.Multiple people have recommended I check out BiggerPockets, so I started listening to the podcasts and joined this site.

I find that they are exciting and very informative.I live in Alton NH and am looking to invest in Rochester NH and Dover NH (I think).
