Everything is composed of little steps and I think the first step I should make is determining how to pick "where" I want to start investing.

I open garage and unlock doors and play music or tv and turn on air or heater all through my phone.

I think everyone understands the reason for locks and thermostats but I would also add lighting control so you can ensure everything is off once everyone leaves which would save a ton of money and speakers so you guests can enjoy music anywhere in the home if they want (after all it is a vacation :).

I find I rarely listen to music in the car anymore as I always have an audiobook or podcast going.

I get some music going and get to it... it can be like a form of meditation...$1100 is a good price... but that is also a nice chunk of play money.Now painting...

I know it’s a lot to ask to meet a complete stranger and have them pick your brain, but seriously, you can order whatever you want on the menu and if you want music lessons, I can offer those as I am a musician by trade (mostly drums and guitar.)
