Situation: I purchased a property in Nov 2016, inheriting a habitually late tenant.

So late 2012 we finally found a place, bought it with my own 20% closed in Nov.

I would rather have more motivated principals, more equity to split, a more obvious catalyst and more control with a different approach to documenting the deal.

Congratulations.Two things that help come to mind, imitate then innovate.

The Bailout appears to be more focused on re-inflating that confidence than dealing with the catalyst causing the deflation.

House is in a tough part of town so a vacancy could become pretty expensive, but I'm happy to risk it.My next step was to start the eviction process as a catalyst for getting the conversation going since I can't seem to get a return phone call or catch her at home.  

Through heavy reflection, this really has been the catalyst to jump back into the practice of real estate with renewed determination - this practice truly is one of the few roads to wealth and financial freedom afforded to the average American.

So with that in mind, I'd like to try some innovative financing strategies to get rid of PMI and lower my total expenses.
