What did you guys do for health care? 

I am a realtor, who specializes in helping Fire, EMS, Police, Educators, Healthcare workers, Veterans, and Active Duty save money in the real estate process.  

Really like the broadbased economy (auto, state government, universities, healthcare).I visited some neighborhoods with a wholesaler and there's obviously a range there.I'm interested in areas that have strong cashflow but have some potential for appreciation, in the $80-110k range.

My colleagues in health care are a conservative bunch and think I'm crazy so I need to expand my circle a bit to include like-minded folks.

So much so, these entrepreneurs are called “Tampreneurs.”Tampa has the diversified economy millennials seek, led by financial services, STEM-related occupations, health care, research, education, tourism, retirement, and military bases all making significant contributions to jobs and growth.

Although my career has been based in the health care industry for the past 10 years I finally took that first step into the circle by purchasing my first multi-family four year ago.

Pat in all fairness its hard to find a college degree that costs less than 35,000 for 4 years now a days, forget it if its a masters program.Tuition has been rising 400% that of inflation (outpacing healthcare by a large margin) and even if you do the majority of your classes at a community college, go to a good state school, earn a scholarship or too, and work through college you will still graduate with debt (which is just what my daughter did minus the debt since I paid for her).

Hi, my wife is transitioning her career from health care to realtor.

We shouldn't need our entity to provide benefits like health care or 401(k)s.  

So all the people that voted Obama in the primary because they liked his healthcare proposal (no mandate) better than Hillary's (yes mandate)... whoops!
