It's a 2 way street where the seller and buyer are sometimes out of touch in reality and both trying hair brained ideas to get above market expectations.Some brokers/agents say they have buyers and they do not have anything and just want to put on the MLS.

If the bank were here in town, but the headquarters`was in KC Mo, and I got that verbage and bid, then I searched for that contractor here in Springfield and didn't find hide nor hair, I'd first think the bank may have a legit contractor from out of my area to come in and make repairs since it is a larger commercial job.

While these issues are not directly be a requirement on Mike, having his partner get in trouble won't look good in the public eye and the RE commission may go through past transactions with a fine tooth comb, something you don't need.

Agreed Bill - getting on the board is a great idea, however I've been over their financials with a fine tooth comb and I honestly have no issues with the way they are currently running things.
