That's ok, as long as it's also empowering your ability to do more, other things, that grow it to being an actual company. 

I've done this many times and released many women from leases, but I've had just as many requests where they had no proof and I believe they were falsifying the claim to escape the lease.  

I've had banks see the process of the BRRRR method and rapid appreciation and think I'm creating some sort of loophole... but some banks get it and empower the investor.

I just had a luncheon with the Women's Council of Realtors (Toledo Chapter) and the Mayor of Toledo and the amount of time and money that is going into the infrastructure of Toledo is outstanding!  

Needless to say, I left with mixed emotions but feeling empowered that I need to do this!

It is not really something you can do for a week and then take a break - I would like to meet men and women who are willing and able to do it over a sustained period of time, because that is the only way to become successful at it.
