If the landlord has waited and relied on the goodwill of the tenant (it doesn't seem that there is much goodwill in this case) they may be disappointed when the tenant changes their mind and they must still file the paperwork to start the clock on the eviction after waiting weeks or (gasp) months.In response to the previous post: if the tenant has stayed past the term of the lease the landlord has cause to evict.

I was pretty disappointed especially since I have a sneaking suspicion that I was not the first person to find out about them (the current owner bought it in 2011 and it has been on the market for like 8 months).I'm glad you wrote though because I have been meaning to come back and follow up on this post!

Short term goals:- more podcasts, more reading BP, more learning- settle on buy side/sell side domain names, set up forms to collect info- find and attend local REI / BP meetings- identify resources: title agent, partner realtor- decide on marketing strategies and implementIf I am not fishing for opportunities full bore in two weeks, I'll be disappointed.
