I tried to get the grass cut today, and they had trouble, first because they were scared, second they were so much trash torn up, and the dogs wouldn't move so we couldn't cut part of the lot.We will see how it goes, if he decides to leave that will be fine, and if things stay the way they are it would be better if he did leave.

i can see my wife and i building up our supply of yard equipment, especially if we're living in that property for a year or two. i love the idea of getting a chipper - we have some smaller trees that we need to cut down before they become an issue, and it'd be great to turn them into mulch.we didn't know goats could be rented - sounds like a great idea!

If you're trying to get a conventional Fannie/Freddie loan asking another bank won't help.Your issue is they cut off at 45-50% max DTI and you are currently at 65%.You need to get rid of some debt, increase income, get a co-signer or look for non-conventional lenders.

The building does have quest water lines that are all behind drywall except when they connect to fixtures and appliances.It would be expensive to repipe this as a lot of drywall would have to be cut and then repaired.I know it's a risk to wait for a leak to start and then to repair just that section.I'm getting an ok buy price and the seller won't go any lower.
