LOL @Dustin Davis and I disagree on what constitutes as "good"I'll be the first one to admit that I am a cushy suburban husband. 

But what constitutes small depends on your financial situation.

A loss of one soldier if you only have 30 to begin with constitutes a much bigger problem than a loss of 10 soldiers if you have 300 at the start of battle.

It's all about your objectives and your goals.If you have 500k to invest in something for value add and that constitutes almost all your money then it is a huge risk out of state.

And if they tried, what constitutes "personal use?"
