I do not know your area in question but I’m from Toronto and this area is highly over priced and hence I have been buying in smaller cities surrounding it that are benefiting from the ripple effect as well as massive pro immigration laws in Canada as opposed to USA.Mark Cuban says diversification is for idiots.

You could check on a UK credit record, but I really see no point.As for criminal records, as part of the visa requirements he would have got an ACPO certificate (think that's the right four letters) which is a certificate from Hampshire Constabularly iirc who do a background check within the UK.

Even in states that say you can't deny based on someone's immigration status, still let you have criteria of a credit score of XXX, from my understanding.
