I'm very comfortable renting units in my area and would like to have more, but the reality is this is a small fish tank with lots of sharks ready to pounce on whatever deal comes up.  

However, you can probably scale quickly, at least in terms of # of units, and become a relatively big fish in a small pond if you can put the capital together or do enough BRRRRs.

My limited understanding of marketing is cast the net wide and catch EVERY fish you can big or small.

I have been on the other side though were I tied up the dirt and was flipping it to a builder but I brought my cash in closed and sold to them next day.. whole nother kettle of fish vis a vi flipping cheapo sfr's

I know I need to talk to everone I know, but what is the best way to bring in some real big fish?

Hi Sebastien and Catherine,I own a Property Management Firm that specializes in Vacation Rentals in the Mariposa and Yosemite (Oakhurst, Bass Lake, Fish Camp area).

The Lake is always open and still plenty of space with plenty of water for fishing, boating, jet skis, cruising,  etc.

Great for summer time camping, white water rafting, hiking, fishing multiple lakes, and ATV.Winter comes around and you have WildCat, Bretton woods, Waterville, Loon, Pats peak all of these are ski/snow board, tubing mountains, Great shops in the town along with great food, bars and annual events.

Inshore fishing is also a big thing down there, as well as shrimping, and deep sea fishing.
