After reading posts after posts of land trust, LLC and asset protection, etc, my head is spinning.

Been spinning my tires a bit with local banks.

My head is still spinning because I see SO many opportunities. 

I can only imagine how fast the people in the mortgage business heads are spinning !

I go home and spin numbers and text the sisters that I’d like to discuss price – NO ANSWER!

That puts a little political spin on it, but we don't really know where those specific dollars came from, but the loan probably made funds available.Karen, I don't really disagree, I just see another aspect as well.So far, no landlords seem too interested in keeping a close eye on any "strange" tenants....Does everyone have a hazardous materials clause in their lease agreement?

Of course I will hire an attorney once I go to spin up the business, but free fact finding is exactly what these forums are for. 

So it’s kinda a spin on the BRRR I think. 

Haha - this is a chicken and egg argument, that we could spin forever.

But I can honestly say I have had brand new members throw out a statement or question that has made my head spin.
