I'd ask a structural engineer to come out and have him do a look see, If the situation evolves I'd maybe call out a independent adjuster and have him look at the situation, don't settle with insurance company yet.ya know foundation repairs can be done without tearing down a building.. call a foundation guy also.but the structural engineer may have good contact for foundation guy.
