Things are evolving...

They both share a history of having started during western expansion, and evolved from mining/railroad/transportation hub towns to ranching/agriculture to energy.

Where do you guys focus your investing and how has that list evolved over the time you've been investing?  

Bottom line is you can manage it all on your own or hire someone to manage it for you or in the case of Evolve, it's my understanding that they handle the bookings and then you handle the guest once they check in.

My thought process is evolving daily as I read and absorb new information. 

My wife and I wrote out a little handbook for our systems/processes that is ever evolving.

I'd ask a structural engineer to come out and have him do a look see, If the situation evolves I'd maybe call out a independent adjuster and have him look at the situation, don't settle with insurance company yet.ya know foundation repairs can be done without tearing down a building.. call a foundation guy also.but the structural engineer may have good contact for foundation guy.
