We are hoping to re-prioritize updates to the Marketplace by early 2020, I will certainly make sure we discuss the search functionality at that time.

We just bought a rental property with 3 suites, positive cashflow, needs a bit of work but because it's fully occupied (we assumed the leases) we'll just take care of some of the immediate repair needs (I will probably start a different thread on prioritizing repairs.

That's because some industries require different degrees of collaboration.

If this is true, then it seems like you need to prioritize reaching that threshold of 30% equity in order to invest in more real estate.

Please provide feedback on prioritizing the numbers in the calculators.- Is there a website or tool to help real estate investors find the average cap rate in a neighborhood or City?

I can do in 8 hours what it would have taken me 20 hours if I had to drive around and meet people in person.I read "getting things done"  which is a time management / organizational method and have been following it for years, it really helps me prioritize my timeI don't multi-task and I block time off on my calendar to complete a task. 

If anyone has any marketing approach in addition to the traditional sites(including Gosection8.com) or working with any leasing companies/brokers we can collaborate with I would love to hear about it. 

I was listening to the BP podcast episode 357 and the whole idea of not prioritizing cash flow but focusing on increasing net worth instead.
