However, in the case of most of the "white flight" cities after the riots, no prompting was needed by anyone and there weren't any inflated prices as the white residents were willing to sell to anyone just to get some return. 

Plus it's only a 6 hour drive from LA and an hour-long flight.

@Guy Gimenez  its usually a short flight for the non trained pilot...there was the case of the barefoot bandit... 17 year old kid who kept stealing planes up in Washington..

@Michael Quarlesjust my 2 cents:Her message reminds me of an actual story (not in Canada or the USA) where someone was killed by a hit man, because they did not want to sell their house to the potential buyer.It sounds like this lady has unresolved fear (due to a traumatic experience) and she is in fight or flight mode.

It's because of the higher percentage of short haul, domestic flights as opposed to wide body, long haul international flights from other hub/gateway airports.

@Brian Adams of the thousands I've donated to BP, many thousands spent paying for tickets and flights for members to attend their annual thingie, free products and discounts, and the tens of thousands I spent on advertising to help push BP to the top that BP doesn't live by a loyalist perspective. 

Hotels so I get keyless entry of course I never use it too complicated.. my others are flight aware Tesla as in that's how we run our cars so you have to have it.. uber  lift and ESPN...
