If I don’t hear from you in the next 10 minutes, I will assume you aren’t attending and I will move on to my next appointment.Using this system as dramatically reduced any wasted time I used to endure as part of the showing process.I have all of these paragraphs set up so I just cut and paste as I get responses.

This is common.San Francisco City, for example, landlords are willing to cut the rent by ~15% but there is no downturn.

My Dad partnered up with a few neighbors and bought a telephone pole, cut it into sections for each neighbor and buried it 5 or 6 feet deep with the standard height sticking out of the ground.

I tried to get the grass cut today, and they had trouble, first because they were scared, second they were so much trash torn up, and the dogs wouldn't move so we couldn't cut part of the lot.We will see how it goes, if he decides to leave that will be fine, and if things stay the way they are it would be better if he did leave.
