That's nothing in the grand scheme of life.

If other cash-hungry municipalities see the City of Pittsburgh successfully implement this hidden tax scheme, they will likely copy and adopt the City's ordinance.

To top it off, the professor of some meaningless area of study really goes into overdrive on the sales as they need people at the bottom of their pyramid scheme. 

I'm not doing all this for a get-rich-quick scheme, I just want to work and do it for long-term success.  

Depending on your risk tolerance, many investment gurus recommend setting-up an automatic investment scheme into the S&P500.

These nuisance items can be a pain, but in the grand scheme are pretty small. 

I am afraid things have denigrated into a Ponzi scheme situation. 

I have seen plenty of the get rich quick schemes by all the "gurus" and am extremely skeptical, however after reading through some forums here, I still desire to begin my real estate investing career with wholesaling.

My properties rent in 2-3 weeks, so what is $20-30 in the grand scheme of things?
