I believe if Real Estate is viewed as a career like Engineering or Medicine and not a hobby or a get rich quick, people would take the time to be educated and research as they would if they were going to take on a career in Engineering or Medicine.

@Jeff Filali could not agree more.. all these folks that think they can make a bunch of money wholesaling with no sales skills are really in for some heart ache and blowing what ever marketing money they have.. if you have no closing skills your taking huge risk trying that advanced strategy..
