Collin,For just my CRM I use pipedrive, we have automated touch systems now that we use for better conversion for our online campains.

I actually interviewed with a civil engineering firm in Breckenridge a few years back (I was living in Fort Collins at the time.).

I personally agree with @Andy Collins that having an LLC for just one property is a bit premature, however, it sounds like you intend to grow into it.
