@Kim Belotte the quick and free way is on Zillow, using the best actives available and sticking to the lower end of the range (for some reason a lot of people seem to post really high and unrealistic rental listings on Zillow), the quick and more cost intensive way is through rentometer or MLS

It would not be unrealistic that you will not profit much, if anything, off of your first couple houses.Building has a lot to do with your reputation, also.

But after reading 10x by Grant Cardone, I now have a list of more unrealistic goals now such as:"I started my own companies by 2016""I have muti-billion dollars company which operates its own""I weigh (blank) and I have a black belt"etc etc.I think you can def achieve your goals.

While I think it's safe to say the Federal Reserve is not going to raise interest rates tomorrow, it wouldn't be unrealistic to see it happen over the next year, and continue.
