The unit in the back was robbed & gutted and the building broken into repeatedly no matter how well it was secured.Atlanta has a huge drug problem..between heroin, meth and crack....addicts will continue to roam around and rob empty houses wherever they are.  

But I am truly glad that you were able to pay off some houses as well... it is an unbelievable feeling to have..
