Putting money in stocks or crypto is a diversification plan but not an emergency reserve as those can create their own crisis.

I do spend time emailing and connecting with people, but most of it is streamlined at this point with automatic emails and lockboxes.

The best way to learn is by doing but there are ways to streamline the process, increase your chances of success and scale up quickly.I started in residential as a builder and moved to commercial and development later so I can speak from personal experience.
