He is a member of  the local REIA and is usually our speaker around November to give us insights to prepare for year end taxes.Dave is actually an Enrolled Agent ....same as @Steven Hamilton II .Forgive me if you already know this but if you don't, Enrolled Agents are the only federally licensed tax practitioners who specialize in taxation and also have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS.

Because the building is old (40 years), the floor creaks when people walk on it, but conversations and speaker noise are muted (when the speakers are off the floor and not loud enough to be blaring).My first neighbor didn't have this carpet and the noise was enough to make me consider moving elsewhere.

This helps screen those good English speakers only.

My current attorney allows me to shoot him an e-mail if I have a question once in a while, but I feel bad if I e-mail him too much (and afraid that he might start charging me his $300/hr rate).I don't know much about this company other than it is Clint Coons' (who was a speaker at the BP 2012 Summit) law firm.  

@Cody Cox the last time I asked Richard Uffleman (the attorney that gives the monthly lecture at Baja Fresh) speaker at NWREIA he said wholesaling, if you don't close, is practicing real estate sales and requires a license.I understand that if you do this with friends and you don't get caught it is something you can do but...if something goes sideways, which can happen when you make representations, you are in a world of hurt especially if you are accused of doing RE w/o a license.

As part of a Meetup that I host, we bring in speakers on topics of interest to investors.
