I am a tempting to use a Dragon voice recognition system so my sentences are a little basic.

This sentence should be underlined, bolded with a box around it.

I think if you read the ccrs of a coa, you will probably find in the first several pages (in my hoa ccrs, it's about p 13, if I remember correctly) there will be a sentence that says something like "the WeRuleYou Corporation" will henceforth be known as the Main Street Condominiums.

With maybe a post it note attached or a couple sentence letter, stating that these offers are negotiable with your name and your phone number.I think I may try something similar to this on a small scale in my area, but was not sure if anyone has done this vs. a yellow letter or post card.

This sentence, "It will be a while before that money will be dispersed back to them" alarms me.   

I did not complete the assignment and when asked why I explained to the instructor in (in front of the class) that I did not feel comfortable doing that since I had sat thru 4 hours of sales pitch thus far and had only wrote 2 sentences that I felt I could actually use to buy real estate.

There are old operators that made lots of money who can't write a sentence think they can teach what they did as if the student is them.

However, if you simply eliminate the last four words of your sentence then your intent is to hold the property.  

I only object to your last sentence "People who think they are changing the hood are usually somewhat self deceived".

While my brain tries to keep from frying after reading that sentence. . .Would the homeowner, in theory at the least, not benefit from a short sale by still avoiding the foreclosure on their credit report.
