If so, highlighting that is your best bet; if you can show a portfolio (with returns) of projects that have gone through their entire lifecycle, or at least an equity event (refinance, supplemental loan, etc.), you'll have a strong case to present.If they're not proven and are just starting out, you'll have a harder time.
