Is trash shared between building owners with a large dumpster along with the private road repairs or do you each have your own trash cans and service and entrance??

A rear door entrance made the house conversion fairly inexpensive and of course created 5 separate rental units and of course more income.Obviously, my basic idea was to purchase three rental units at the regular 3-unit price, knowing all along I would be able to modify them and quickly start earning 5 units worth of income.

You need it less than 10 and ideally less than 5 - in Option 2, can you make it have separate entrances?

Both houses share the backyard but also have their own private street entrances so neither occupant has to go through the others entrance.  

kitchen needs to be completely redone anyhow... so extra cost for the kitchen is to move the plumbing. building is actually a duplex on a slope... so in the back there is a deck... if I make entrance to the side, I need to build a deck, but most importantly I need to cut an opening... one challenge is that ALL walls a cement/cylinder blocks.... making all works harder...

Property 2:Listed for +50k Got to see only 1/3 units.Common entrance was SMELLY as in ALL kind of smells !..

Many factors go into what makes a deal what it is...not the least of which is the available "entrance and Exit" strategies.Having said that, if I know that a deal that doesn't work for me might work for someone else, I just tie it up and wholesale it to them.  

The design of out front entrance is amazing as well.I looked at buying pipe farms here back 3 to 4 years ago.
