They had sex on the beach (not the drink LOL) in broad daylight in front of tourists (not sure if this helps or hurts the tourist trade) and young children.

I used to call seller leads for example for 4 hour straight and noticed I would be drained because I got caught forgetting to drink water or eat food in between and my body wore down.

At least you'll get free drinks while you take your chances.

Tell her to give her 30 day notice if she wants to move :)  If you really want to continue the conversation, you might tell her that asbestos is everywhere, including to some extent in the water she drinks depending on the water source.

Only snacks, no drinks.

I have been drinking from a fire hose the past few years listening to podcasts, reading books, surfing bigger pockets, and although I've made progress,  it doesn't compare to the education I'm receiving from these guys. 

It appears to be rats getting into the wall to chew through the plumbing to get a drink.
