To allieviate the "4 months of the year" issue, you might want to look at setting it up and marketing it, as a destination in and of itself.

CZ from what I can tell is a great destination.  

I have a house that sleeps 6 in a vacation destination and it slows down a LOT when school gets back in session.  

What thoughts/experience do you have with studio/1 bedroom in Destin.  

We want to make our city a great destination for tourists and a beautiful safe place to live for its residents whether they are home owners or renters.

I think part of this is people are wanting to do driving isolated vacations rather than flying to busy destinations.

With growth, we experience this seemingly continuous gap between our current existence and our desired destination.
