The best case housing situation at this point is static prices.

When I first came on this site Josh literally had a static one page website with 2 bank REO links in the middle of it and some other text.

Am i alone here, insisting that static piles of concrete and wood should not be a better investment than a large collection of companies that produce real goods and employ people! 

So we go to the wilderness to a secluded beach (our normal route)... but as we fly through the brush, on a HOT curacaoan day... the horses get thirsty and tired. 

The point many have tried to make to you which you have rudely brushed off is that people are buying with significant downs...sure the wealth distribution is wide but many are still buying and investing.  

Essentially, I’m trying to make working towards my goal a daily subconscious habit like bathing/brushing your teeth/exercising/or whatever you do daily!

it is the landlord that sets the standard income and credit for their tenant. the thing I see with low value real estate is that rents generally are quite static..

In these areas things are really hot, however in other core neighborhoods things are relatively static as far as values. 

If your profit is based on a human's behavior, you might want to brush up on diplomatic/negotiating skills.
